A Day In The Life of Two QZPStudios “Employees”
As some of you may or may not know, Shane’s dad comes to town every other weekend. This particular weekend I was at his house and we went on an adventure of sorts to Fry’s Electronics, an electronics store I’m sure most everyone is familiar with. We were there looking for a new laptop, a 1 TB external hard drive, and other miscellaneous supplies. We spent about an hour or so thoroughly examining each and every laptop there and settled on a Toshiba Satellite with an Intel Centrino 2 processor with 4GB ram and a 15.4 inch display. We bought a Buffalo 1 TB external hard drive and were on our way.
We arrived at Shane’s house and started to unpack the goods. With the Windows 7 RC 1 in hand we started the 3 hour process of getting everything ready to use.
The hardware is pretty nice and after unboxing everything we were left a mess of boxes and Styrofoam on the floor. The next step was the gruelingly long process of copying the files from the old laptop to the new external hard drive and installing windows 7. This took roughly 4 hours between copying the files and installing and putting them back on the new laptop. After the installation we took a huge sigh of relief and went to go see Terminator Salvation.

7 Things That I Love About Windows 7
As most all of us know the last release of windows was not all that great. I’ve been using the windows 7 beta and RC for a while now and I am impressed with nearly every aspect of Windows 7. Of all of the amazing features there are seven that I felt were worthy of posting to the site(not really i mainly chose 7 because this release of windows is named Windows 7). Now, in no particular order, here are my seven favorite features of windows 7.

The Splash - Chapter 0
What’s “The Splash”?
The Splash is something I will be incorporating into QZPstudios article posts this summer. The Splash will cover everything happening around the internets every week, and I’ll try to get everything packed into each post. There might be a chance of video with Melvin and I incorporating ourselves into Splash with video.
We will cover:

- News of to-be-released games, such as Bioshock 2, and CoD Modern Warfare 2.
- Machinima that is totally wicked this week
